Our Wellness / Vaccine Clinics are the perfect time to get your pets vaccinated.  Walk-ins only, all customer's will be helped on a first come / first served basis.  Regular clinics are held on Wednesdays from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. inside of Pet Supplies Plus located at 311 Sagamore Parkway, Lafayette, Indiana (next to Home Depot, see map below).  We do have Wellness Clinics on other days, so please visit our "Calendar for Clinics" to see when and where you can find us!

See "Prices" for the breakdown of costs depending on what vaccinations or exams your pet receives.  Here are some "Wellness Exam" vaccination packages:

Dog vaccines (DHLPP, Rabies, wellness exam) . . . . . $40

Cat vaccines (FVRCP, Rabies, wellness exam) . . . . . .  $40
